How to use this facility ?
For customers or clients….

This is very simple.

Step 1. First you have to get your counter number and the token number

1. Visit the clinic or hospital where you have to get the tokens for queues. Ask them to register and the front desk personnel will possibly inform you about your token number and their counter number in Bestq.in
2. Some clinics or hospitals will have the facility to register your position in queue over phone. After registering the front desk personnel will possibly inform you about your token number and their counter number in Bestq.in

Present list of counters or the counters, where the hospital is ready to publish their name in this list.

Step 2. Enter the counter number in the upper text box

Step 3. Enter your token number in the lower text box.

Step 4. Click the Login Button..

Step 5. The Screen will display your token number and your position in the queue as below. Your token position will be highlighted. That row will show your approximate waiting time, the actual running time of your appointment, the purpose of visit, the time at which your appointment is booked, slot numbers and the original appointment time.
